- Dolphin watching is not 100% guaranteed, as these are wild animals in their natural habitat and their behavior is unpredictable
- The activity may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions or a lack of a minimum number of participants. In these cases, another alternative date or a full refund will be offered
- On some occasions, the pick-up or departure time may vary, in such cases, we will inform you about changes with enough time in advance
Cancellation
Cancel for free up to 48 hours before the activity starting time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, late arrivals, or no-shows will not be refunded.
